Adriana Kanal is inspired by the sting of a scorpion and the effects it causes on her body. A condition that leads to reflection on the animal and instinctive side of the human being. In her work, the scorpion is trapped in the resin mould of the rods. The transparent resin evokes the scorpion’s venomous fluid, conveying a sense of paralysis and transformation at the same time.
