This work, titled ‘Brutalist’, is a tribute to the Brutalist architecture that took shape in 1950s post-war Britain. Brutalist buildings are distinguished by their minimalist constructivism that emphasises raw building materials and structural elements instead of decorative design. The Brutalist style uses exposed concrete, angular forms and a monochromatic palette.
