Lena Shaposhnikova was born in Irkutsk, Russia, in 1990. Her artistic journey moves between Siberian and Italian reality, exploring the duality of good and evil, light and darkness in the search for her own truth as an artist. The images and characters in her works are usually subjects without identity. These are collective images that the artist places in the space and landscapes that she creates and that arouse feelings in the viewer such as melancholy and nostalgia related to their past.
